In 1989, the finance option was incorporated as Kia Motors Finance for providing a variety of auto financing and leasing options to Kia individual and business customers. With times, the company has become a reliable and prompt service provider.

Online Registration with

Online account will enable the user to access their account online anytime, anywhere and can view the account summary, statements and even pay their bills by choosing various given options. The steps required to be followed are-

  • On the top left side of the home page, enter the username and password and click login to enter the account.

If not registered, then as we click on the link user is required to press create an account on the top left side of the page.

  • Enter the account details as prompted and click next
  • Then username and password will be selected to use
  • Then as per the instructions, communication preferences will be chosen
  • Click on Accept

Various finance options are given to choose the vehicles and the monthly amount as per the budget as follows-

Payment Calculator– this tool enables the user find out the monthly payment that fits in their budget by setting the different tools as per the convenience like Vehicle price, Down payment, interest rate and Term in which payment to be divided.

Budget calculator– when the user is clear as to how much he can spend every month, this tool become helpful in selecting the Kia vehicle as per the budget. Here the tools used are target payment, down payment, interest rate and term length.

Credit Application- this option gives them a way to online apply for credit for the vehicle which the user has selected. By providing the necessary information, the credit decision is given to them within few minutes.

The various options for bill payments are given to the customers as follows-

1. Pay bills Online

This option has become a very fast, secure and simple way to manage the account and pay the bills within minutes. When the payments are done before 8pm Eastern time it will be credited on the same day and if after 8 pm then the next business day. It takes 24 hours for payments to be reflected online.

Onetime payment

  • On the home page of after logging in, click on the payments”
  • Then select Make a payment
  • Enter the details as asked and payment is processed.
  • A payment confirmation number is generated, which makes sure that the payment has been successfully made.
  • Auto pay

Automatic payments enable the users to get the amount deducted from the account every month on the chosen date with saving time and money in writing or mailing checks and even no worry of missing any payment. Some steps to be followed are:

  • Log in to the page
  • Click on Payments on the top of the page
  • From the drop down menu, select enroll in auto pay
  • Fill in the details as prompted.
  • A confirmation page will appear which would prompt that that enrollment is successfully done

2. Pay bills by Mail

The customers can choose to mail their payment as well with the remit coupons. If the remit coupon is not available, then the account number has to be mentioned on the check or money order

3. Pay bills by phone

The bill payments can also be made over the phone rather than the online services.

  • The customers can call at Tel:866-498-4455 and follow the instructions given or call at Tel:(866) 644-1350 to talk with a customer service agent.
  • You will be asked to enter the KMF account number and banking details
  • A confirmation number is given after completing the transaction
  • The payment is posted immediately in the account
  • A nominal fee is charged for using this service

4. Pay bills in person

Personally also the customers can make their bill payments by visiting any Western Union or Moneygram location

Western Union:

  • You can call 800-325-6000 to search for the nearest location. To process the payment following information will be required as-

Through Western Union Quick Collect, the customers can also pay with their credit cards (visa or master card)

This billing option also charges a small fee for the services rendered. Some locations only accept cash. In that case, the customers have to get in handy their account number and codes mentioned on the bill.
